Global Animal Transport has just completed the importation of Kabang, the hero dog of the Philippines.
Kabang saved the lives of 2 little girls from a motorcycle that was going to hit them. She took out the motorcycle and in doing so lost her snout.
Round-trip air transport was generously donated through a special grant with the Philippine Airlines. Customs, handling and professional ground transport to California has been provided by Global Animal Transport. She was brought to the University of California at Davis (UC Davis) Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital (VMTH) for facial reconstruction and then we’ll send her back home in about 6-8 weeks.
